Finally the Royal army has retreated having defeated by the people’s liberation army. The army consisting of 300 personals was on long route patrolling to Corchawang of Rolpa district. The people’s liberation army encircled the reactionary Royal army on 7 September, and the battle lasted for 19 hours. Helicopters supplied ammunitions to the Royal army on its run out, but the Nepalese press reported that the people’s liberation army seized some of them. However the old state admitted that two of the Royal soldiers died and six others were insured, but there are dozens of casualties on the Royal army side, reportedly.
Kathmandu is hit by the series of blasts. The motive of the blast seems to destroy the reactionary infrastructure in order to accomplish new democratic revolution. Maoist revolutionaries have informed the people in advance working in the office to avoid the civilian casualties by the blast.
Similarly on 8th of September, the Maoists have taken action over police post at Khanikhola, the intrance of Kathmandu valley. Maoist revolutionaries have attacked at Phalpu airport in the eastern Nepal. These airports are used to transport the Royal army and the American provided guns to kill the Nepalese people.
At the village of Bindhyabasini of Acham district of Achham, three Royal army personals are killed in the attack by the PLA. A army truck fall on bubby trap laid by the Maoist on which a dozen of Royal army met casualties on 8 September. Similarly, Royal army vehicle fall over the bobby trap laid by the Maoists and met many casualties. In Surket district, western Nepal, the Maoist revolutionaries killed two Royal soldiers in the fighting.
Maoist revolutionaries have seized more than Rs.400,000 and some weapons and ammunitions from national commercial bank on 8th of September from Saralahi district, eastern Nepal. Similarly Rs.610,000 have been seized from agricultural development bank of Bara district eastern Nepal. The imperialists and the Nepalese feudals and bureaucrats ruthlessly exploit the Nepalese peasants through these banks.
On Sunday, the Maoists have destroyed a repeater tower of a telecommunication in Ardhakhachi district central Nepal. These telecommunications are being brutally utilized by the reactionary Royal army to supply information against the people and the Maoist revolutionaries. Some of the vehicles in Dhading district of central Nepal have been destroyed that transport the reactionary army.
In the meantime the old state has imposed curfew and make the life of the people difficult and unsecured. After the formal break of ceasefire, the Royal old state has unleashed its attack over people in a random basis. The Royal army has killed more than four dozens of ordinary people in nearly two weeks.
In the meantime, along with the intensification of attacks over police posts many of the Royal soldiers have quitted their army and police services in the eastern Nepal. This process has been escalating throughout the country.
The Royal army has intensified its murderous activities against the civilian in the name of encounter through the country including capital Kathmandu. The Royal army has also conducted killing animals, destroying property of the people and disappearing the citizens in the pretext of encounter. Even the houses of the parliamentarian leaders are raided in the capital Kathmandu and the office of peace negotiation team is raided.
A central member of progressive writers association Balaram Sharma (Purnabiram) has been arrested and disappeared by the Royal army since 1st of September. Similarly, the Royal army had arrested women leader of democratic movement Santa Shresta, on 3 September and has been disappeared yet.
The Royal army has arrested and disappeared ANNISU-R students leaders, central committee member C N Dhungana, and Kathmandu district committee leaders, Birendra Basnet, Dev Gurung, Binod Dahal.
In the meanwhile, on the course of fighting with the Royal army, the Maoist revolutionaries have seized some of the M-16 rifles. These sophisticated M-16 rifles were exported to Nepal by the American imperialism to kill the Nepalese people who have been fighting complete liberation and emancipation. The Maoist revolutionaries have defeated the Royal army in different pitch battles even in the initial resistance, the press report says.
Some of the Maoist actions have been taken in a commando style, for instance, in Dang district; a bank was raided in the daylight and seized Rs.630, 000 and the other property worth of Rs.730, 000. The Royal army protected the bank from all around.
There are dozens of military actions taken by the people’s liberation army through out the country on which dozens of Royal army and police have been killed. There have been actions in the districts of kalikot, Jumla and Humla, those are adjoining with China and are far from the reactionary old state control.
In the meantime, the government has unleashed spies against the revolutionary people throughout the country on different covers. These notorious spies, who have been helping the reactionary state and their imperialist boshes, had been warned time and again to quit such crimes of espionage against liberation. Such criminal who disobeyed and committed crimes time and again, and caused killings and arrests of revolutionary people were annihilated through out the country and in capital.
The Royal army had failed to sustain in front of the people’s liberation army in the boarder area of Surkhet-Salyan districts. Madden by having been defeated in the battle, the Royal army killed in the cool blood three district committee and area committee leaders of Surkhet district namely comrade Atut, DCM, comrade Samudra ACM, and FGL member, comrade Bijit, violating Geneva Convention of prisoners of war. These killings have been propagated as encounter between the Maoist and the Royal army.
The reactionary old state has been unlashing a psychological war against the people, propagating that many Maoists have been killed while the events have not happened so. The Royal army propagated that they had killed Maoists revolutionaries in the district of Maygdi, which proved false and simply perpetuated propaganda as a psychological warfare.
Similarly the murderous contingent of the Royal army took comrade Bistar, a section commander of C company of the 7th Battalion of the PLA, in custody and killed in cool blood. Comrade Bistar had been arrested while he was going back to his working field after having medical treatment.
In the meanwhile, there are reports that the Royal army had raped school girls in the district of Achham, western Nepal. Seven girl students were gang rapped and four were severely beaten by the Royal army gangs.
Chairman Prachanda had issued an statement and urged the masses of people of Nepal to be patient bold and determined to over through the reactionary state and give birth to a new Nepal. In the statement, comrade Prachanda said, “the moment all the people advance consolidated, the feudal state will be swept away and new People’s Republic will be established. Certainly the birth of new People’s Republic will happen through birth pain of dedication and sacrifice.” Cpnmnews 16September
